Salonmart India Pvt. Ltd. (Mohali)

is hiring young, enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors for its Mohali /Chandigarh branch for luxury beauty brands. She will be responsible for guiding customer in choosing the right beauty products based on their skin tone, hair type and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers to understand their beauty and skincare requirements. Recommend suitable products and demonstrate usage techniques. Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ensure proper stock display and follow

FIFO

(First In, First Out) system. Stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty industry and brand offerings.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as a

Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate

in a beauty or cosmetics brand. Strong product knowledge in skincare, haircare, and cosmetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for beauty, grooming, and customer service.
