Role Overview:
We are looking for a
customer-focused Beauty Advisor
to join our Phoenix Citadel Mall store. You will be the face of Kimirica in-store, helping customers discover products, providing expert advice, and delivering a luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations.
Recommend and demonstrate products, highlighting features and benefits.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain store visual merchandising and product displays.
Assist in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Prior retail or beauty advisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and luxury products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
