Oversee the daily operations of the beauty advisor channel-Grooming,Training,Promotion Planning,Sales order
fulfillment through Sales Team

Manage a team of beauty advisors to ensure top-notch customer service Drive retail sales and maximize business opportunities Provide training and guidance on skincare products and beauty treatments Foster a positive, results-driven work environment
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing teams and driving results in a beauty clinic or retail environment Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for skincare and beauty, with a focus on customer experience Expertise in retail sales and achieving targets

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
