: Beauty Advisor \'LID for Shoppers Stop: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor -LID to join our team in delivering exceptional service at our exclusive Shoppers Stop stores. As a Beauty Advisor-LID, you will be responsible for providing friendly and knowledgeable advice on our beauty products, skin care, cosmetics, hair care, and fragrances. You will be the face of our company and will be accountable for creating a fun, inviting atmosphere where customers can shop and learn more about our exciting products. You will also be actively involved as a sales agent offering great deals to customers. In this role, you must be able to build relationships and trust with customers by providing excellent customer service and helping them choose the perfect products for their needs. If you have the desired knowledge of the beauty industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are passionate about providing customers with a world-class shopping experience, then we would love to hear from you. Role : 1. Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to customers in the beauty retail environment. 2. Advise customers on skin care, cosmetic products, and trends in beauty. 3. Demonstrate and educate customers on the proper use and application of products. 4. Upsell and recommend additional items and services to meet customer needs. 5. Greet customers, ascertain their needs, and provide them with assistance as needed in order to drive sales and marketing. 6. Maintain detailed product knowledge of inventory. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for beauty products. 8. Replenish any display areas throughout the store. 9. Restock shelves and keep inventory neat and organized. 10. Effectively manage sales floor ensuring it is well stocked and inviting. 11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 12. Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. 13. Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit card payments. 14. Process returns, exchanges, and incorrect products in a timely manner. 15. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
