responsibilities of a Beauty Advisor:
? Customer Service
Greet customers and assess their needs.
Recommend beauty products (makeup, skincare, fragrance, haircare) based on customer preferences and skin type.
Demonstrate product application techniques.
Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and usage.
? Sales
Achieve sales targets and upsell or cross-sell products.
Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new launches.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
? Product Knowledge & Demonstration
Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, new products, and brands.
Explain the benefits, ingredients, and correct use of products.
Provide makeovers or skincare consultations where applicable.
? Merchandising & Stock Management
Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items.
Assist with unpacking deliveries and stocking shelves.
? Hygiene & Compliance
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.
Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
? Teamwork & Training
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
