Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide an exceptional in-store experience. Assess customers' skin types, concerns, and preferences to recommend appropriate products. Demonstrate proper product application techniques (makeup, skincare, etc.). Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques. Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty section. Process transactions accurately at the point of sale. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management. Build and maintain strong client relationships and loyalty.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or the beauty industry preferred. Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and/or haircare products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in giving beauty consultations and demonstrations. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology is a plus.
