Designation:

Beauty Advisor - Cosmetics & Skincare

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation:

Engage with customers to understand their skincare and beauty needs, providing tailored product recommendations.

Product Demonstration:

Demonstrate the application and benefits of products, ensuring customers are informed and confident in their choices.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in achieving targets by actively participating in sales initiatives and promotional activities.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.

Customer Feedback:

Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a beauty advisory or similar role, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of skincare and beauty products; awareness of current beauty trends.
