Key Responsibilities:
Perform
facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and bleaching
with proper technique and hygiene.
Suggest appropriate
skin and beauty treatments
based on client needs.
Maintain
cleanliness and hygiene
standards of the workstation and tools.
Assist in
promoting salon services and packages
to clients.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and products.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 to 4 years
of hands-on experience in a professional salon.
Knowledge of
basic and advanced beauty treatments
.
Excellent
communication and customer service
skills.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Ability to work in a
team-oriented environment
