Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Beautician Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training to students in beauty, hair, skin, and makeup techniques. The trainer will help students develop skills required for employment or self-employment in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical sessions in beauty therapy, skincare, hair care, and makeup. Demonstrate various beauty techniques and supervise students' hands-on practice. Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. Guide students on client handling, hygiene, safety, and grooming standards. Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports. Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques to students. Motivate and mentor students to achieve learning and career goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary),Diploma / Certification in Beautician / Cosmetology / Beauty & Wellness.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a beautician in salons, spa, or beauty institutes. Practical expertise in hair styling, makeup, skin treatments, and grooming.

Skills Required:

Strong practical knowledge in beauty and wellness services. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to train and mentor students effectively. Patience and strong interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of maintaining records and using training materials.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
