Position: Beauty Therapist Trainer

Overview:

As a Beauty Therapist Trainer, you will be responsible for

designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs

to educate and mentor aspiring beauty therapists. This role requires a balance of

theoretical instruction and hands-on practical training

to ensure trainees gain the skills, confidence, and professionalism required for success in the beauty therapy industry. You will also provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help learners achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules in beauty therapy. Teach both theoretical concepts and practical techniques in cosmetology and related areas. Assess trainees' performance through practical demonstrations, assignments, and evaluations. Ensure adherence to industry standards, hygiene practices, and professional ethics. Guide and mentor students, fostering their confidence and skill development. Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance training quality.

Essential Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Minimum

12th pass with Advanced Diploma in Beauty / Cosmetology

OR Certified in relevant

CITS (Crafts Instructor Training Scheme) course

Candidate Eligibility (as per NSQF guidelines):

10th grade pass and pursuing continuous schooling,

OR

10th grade pass + 1-year

NTC/NAC

,

OR

10th grade pass + 2 years of relevant experience,

OR

Previous relevant qualification of

NSQF Level 3.0

with minimum education as

5th grade pass + 2 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
