Recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the salon/spa.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries and ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
Manage appointments efficiently and support smooth salon operations.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role.
Knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and cosmetic products.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for the beauty industry.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
Certification/Diploma in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy.
Knowledge of makeup application, advanced skin treatments, or hair styling (optional).
