Job Summary

The Spa Beautician is responsible for providing high-quality beauty and wellness services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and hygienic spa experience. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, adherence to spa standards, and promoting spa services and products.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

beauty and spa treatments

such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and basic skin care Perform

body treatments

including body polish, scrubs, and wraps Assist with

spa therapies

as per training (aromatherapy, relaxation treatments, etc.) Maintain

cleanliness and hygiene

of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment Conduct

client consultations

to understand skin type and service needs Recommend suitable

spa services and products

to clients Follow

spa SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards

Handle appointment schedules and coordinate with front desk Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of

beauty treatments and spa services

Good communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and grooming Ability to create a calm and relaxing environment Awareness of hygiene and safety standards Sales skills for service and product upselling (preferred)
Qualifications

Certified Beautician / Spa Therapy Course

from a recognized institute
Experience

1-5 years

experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center Freshers with certified training may also be considered
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
