We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty services, possess excellent technical skills, and ensure a pleasant and professional client experience.
We have openings across multiple locations pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, hair styling, and basic makeup.
Recommend suitable skincare, haircare, and beauty treatments based on client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment as per safety standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Manage client appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
Upsell beauty products and treatments to meet sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar role.
Relevant certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology.
Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
