Job Description

- Beans Sales Executive Location: Gurugram Department: Sales Industry: Coffee / F&B About the Role We are looking for an experienced Beans Sales Executive to drive coffee bean sales, manage client relationships, and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with Blue Tokai or a similar specialty coffee brand, with a strong understanding of coffee beans, sourcing, cafe sales, and corporate supply. Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for coffee bean sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with cafes, corporate clients, restaurants, and distributors.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product presentations and promote specialty coffee beans.

Maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up pipelines.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bean profiles.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory: Prior experience at Blue Tokai (minimum 3-5 years).

Strong understanding of specialty coffee, roasting profiles, and bean varieties.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Proven sales track record in the coffee or F&B sector.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Good knowledge of the Gurugram/Delhi NCR cafe market is a plus. Compensation

We offer a 15% to 30% salary hike on the candidate's current CTC (based on interview performance & experience)



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
