Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and expand company presence in targeted markets.
Apply electrical engineering knowledge to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct client visits, site inspections, and project discussions across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and other regions as required.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government/industrial bodies.
Lead contract negotiations, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and ensure timely order closures.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and support project execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years in sales/business development/marketing in the electrical or engineering industry.
Skills:
Strong technical and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
Proven record of driving sales and meeting business targets.
Willingness to travel extensively (U.P., Uttarakhand, and other states as needed).
Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
