A CNC operator produces machined parts operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Maintaining equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards and keeping detailed part records are some of the core responsibilities of a CNC operator. Other duties include:

Follow all company policies and safety protocols. Strictly follow guidelines for operating machinery. Ensure 5 S near your machines. Ensure Machines are cleaned for first 15 minutes Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery. Perform inspections of the work area and machines at the beginning and end of each shift. Use proper handling techniques to load raw materials. Use specialized instruments to ensure quality requirements. Hourly production quantity should be checked in the machine and recorded. Not OK part ( NC Part) should be segregated by same operator on same day compulsorily Immediate joiners and Candidates nearest to us are preferred. Fresher's can also apply.
Education

Entry-level CNC operators are often required to have DME/ITI /BE in addition to some related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,700.00 per month
