The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and tracking the workflow between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between design, 3D visualization, and post-production teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, delivery timelines, and status reports.
Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding project updates, clarifications, and feedback.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including scope, timelines, and delivery trackers.
Monitor resource allocation and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline.
Support the technical and creative teams in interpreting client briefs and architectural specifications.
Conduct regular internal review meetings to track progress and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure smooth coordination between multiple departments and vendors involved in the delivery chain.
Maintain accurate and organized project records for reporting and audit purposes.
Escalate issues when necessary and work closely with senior leadership to meet strategic goals.
