Roles and Responsibilities -
Source and screen dentists (BDS & MBA) for various dental roles
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
Collaborate with campus for Drives.
Requirements:
BDS or BDS + MBA Graduate
Prior experience in healthcare/dental recruitment preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of dental qualifications and job roles
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
MS Office
