Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and coordinating interviews
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support onboarding and exit processes
Handle HR-related queries from staff
Coordinate with management on HR policies and compliance
Assist in payroll inputs and basic HR reporting
Requirements:
BDS qualification (non-clinical role)
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
