Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Post job openings on relevant job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on position requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates fitment.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
Preferred Candidate
Minimum of 1 - 2 Yrs of experience in recruitment
Healthcare hiring might be a plus (Not mandatory)
Proactive communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
