Conduct dental consultations and assess patient eligibility for clear aligners
Perform oral examinations, take intraoral photographs, and maintain clinical documentation
Explain aligner treatment plans, timelines, and procedures to patients
Coordinate with orthodontists, treatment planners, and customer care teams
Monitor patient progress and manage follow-ups during aligner treatment
Maintain clinical hygiene standards and proper sterilization protocols
Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient concerns
Support sales/clinic team by improving case acceptance rates through clinical guidance
