Job Description

A BDS Cosmetology Professional is a licensed dental surgeon with specialized training in cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. The role involves providing non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments, cosmetic dentistry, and skin-enhancing services while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. The professional works closely with dermatology or aesthetic teams to deliver comprehensive facial and oral aesthetic solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

Perform

cosmetic dental procedures

including smile design, veneers, teeth whitening, tooth reshaping, and aesthetic restorations. Administer

facial aesthetic treatments

such as: Botox & dermal fillers PRP therapy Chemical peels Microneedling Skin rejuvenation treatments Conduct

patient consultations

, evaluate aesthetic concerns, and propose personalized treatment plans. Assess facial anatomy and dental structure to ensure safe, natural, and balanced aesthetic outcomes. Maintain high standards of

infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety

. Monitor patient progress, manage follow-ups, and address post-treatment care.

Administrative & Professional Duties

Maintain accurate

patient records

, treatment notes, and consent forms. Educate patients on available aesthetic options, expected outcomes, and aftercare. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and dental specialists. Keep updated with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in cosmetology and aesthetic dentistry. Uphold ethical standards and quality assurance protocols in all clinical practices.
