Sales & Marketing Executive / Business Development Manager
to join our real estate team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and motivated freshers with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and acquire potential customers for residential and commercial properties.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support.
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams for seamless operations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in marketing campaigns, property exhibitions, and promotional events.

Pay: ?12,923.34 - ?40,000.00 per month
