Position : Business Development Officer/ Relationship Officer
Reports to: Branch Head
Job Purpose:
This position is accountable for driving growth of assigned products through planning and execution of sales strategy and marketing activities. The incumbent builds on new customer base for business development.
Job Role:
Responsible for generating business leads through various channels
Responsible for cross selling of third-party products
Achievement of business plan targets in terms of net revenue
Responsible for Compliance, KYC and documentation of products assigned
Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends to track competitors' activities for building a robust sales strategy
Responsible to build and nurture clientele for regular business flow.
Ability to strategize specific business promotional activities to penetrate the market of the assigned branch.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree will be preferred
1+ years of experience in Travel & Holidays.
Good product knowledge, market knowledge and technical understanding of our business
Strong customer base
Well versed with MS Word and Excel
