Job Description


Job Duties :

- 10-12 years of experience in resource management and workforce planning.

- Workforce Planning : Develop and implement strategies for effective staffing levels based on business needs, seasonal fluctuations, and projected growth.

- Resource Allocation : Allocate resources efficiently by forecasting staffing requirements and scheduling personnel to meet service level goals.

- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Optimization of Process : Continuously refine and optimize workforce management processes, including scheduling, forecasting, and staffing, to enhance efficiency.

- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of workforce analysts and planners to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Operations, and Finance to align workforce planning with organizational goals.

- Technology Utilization : Implement and leverage workforce management tools and systems to automate processes and enhance accuracy.

- Capacity Management : Provide supply and demand reporting to identify resource and skill shortages or surpluses.

- Skillset Analysis : Ability to understand various skills, grasp requirements, and discuss possible solutions with the delivery team.

- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel.

- Analytical reporting : Prepare and publish periodical reports with regards to employee utilization, team performance, and project progress.

- Analyze and explain the budget, forecast, and actual variances.

- Highlight the anticipated utilization for the upcoming month in comparison to the budget and provide any insights into any gaps in forecasted production.

- Coordinate with US resource managers and engagement team to discuss conflicts and demand management.

- Flags potential conflicts (i.e. client work or PTO) and communicates with the Associate, Specialist, and Engagement teams as needed to find a resolution.

- Review and highlight individual trends with mid-month (and EOM) schedule to actual variances.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Workforce Management + Project Management + Business Communication + MIS Reporting

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.

- 10 to 12 years of experience in workforce management or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in workforce management software and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities

- Proven ability to drive process improvements and adapt to changing business needs.

Additional Information :

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing and optimizing workforce operations. The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of Resource planning methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of successfully implementing Resource management strategies.
