Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter, passionate about building strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the competitive IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, target, and acquire new clients for IT staffing solutions across the US market. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize business opportunities. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with IT hiring managers, procurement professionals, and senior executives. Understand client requirements in detail and work with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidates. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with clients and ensure alignment with company objectives. Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversions using CRM and Excel. Collaborate with account management and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Stay current with IT staffing industry trends, technology skillsets, and competitive landscape. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities as needed.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of proven success in US IT staffing sales or business development. Strong network of US IT clients and proven ability to open new accounts. Excellent knowledge of technical skillsets, IT industry dynamics, and job market trends. Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Bullhorn, etc.) and MS Office Suite. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.

Preferred Skills:



Prior experience in IT consulting or staffing agencies. Knowledge of visa/sponsorship processes (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.). Experience building recruitment delivery teams.
