Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, B2B strategies, and networking.
Generate leads via email marketing, referrals, and market research.
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
Handle end-to-end sales processes, including proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose tailored solutions.
Manage post-project relationships to secure future projects and contract renewals.
Develop strategies to bring back clients after contract expiration, ensuring their continued association with the company.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and maintaining trust.
Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring to achieve team targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management in the software/IT industry.
Proven expertise in cold calling, B2B sales, and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and sales automation software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle contract renewals.
Team leadership and performance management experience.
