Role Overview
We're looking for a
Sales Manager
who can take Staart Buildtech's software-led PMC platform to market, drive enterprise adoption, and build long-term client relationships with developers, PMCs, and design firms.
This role blends
consultative sales, solution-building, and B2B SaaS pitching
-- ideal for someone who understands both the construction and technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
sales cycle
from lead generation, demo, and proposal to closure and onboarding.
Build and nurture relationships with
real estate developers, PMCs, contractors, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities in
fitouts, interior, and EPC verticals.
Deliver strong
product demos
and articulate Staart's value proposition in clear business terms (ROI, transparency, and speed).
Collaborate with product and operations teams to customize solutions for client workflows.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
and manage sales pipeline in CRM.
Gather market insights, competitor data, and feedback to shape Staart's growth strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-10 years of
B2B software or SaaS sales
experience.
Experience in
construction tech, ERP, project management, or allied industries
preferred.
Strong understanding of
sales funnels, enterprise buying cycles, and relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a startup-like growth environment.
