Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the real estate sector. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client relationships and track project progress. Support business development efforts by preparing reports, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that align with company goals. Engage in negotiations with clients and stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote real estate offerings and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate analysis or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is highly desirable. Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, sales, negotiation, project management, and customer relationship management. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on presentation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
