What You'll Do
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork/Freelancer
Craft compelling client-focused proposals and maintain high response rates
Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Nurture leads into opportunities and schedule client meetings
Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with client needs
Track and manage leads/opportunities in CRM or structured reports
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding / online marketplaces
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong written & spoken English communication skills
Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.)
Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Work on challenging and innovative projects.
Flexible, Collaborative, and growth-oriented work culture.
Learning opportunities with exposure to the latest technologies & International clients.
