Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service executives
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
construction and housing sector
Regularly visit construction sites, builder offices, and project locations for product marketing and relationship building
Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote home solution products
Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and project managers
Monitor and drive team performance against monthly sales and service targets
Conduct training sessions for team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Prepare and present weekly reports on business development activities to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of managerial experience
in
retail sales or business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in marketing or selling to the
construction or real estate sector
is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel frequently to
construction/project sites
Strong knowledge of home improvement/home solution products preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet business goals
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
