Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new corporate clients and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations
Present and promote products/services to potential clients in line with business goals
Develop customized proposals and solutions for corporate clients
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, delivery) to ensure smooth execution
Manage and lead corporate sales pipeline and track performance against targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups regularly
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in the
retail sector
, with a focus on
corporate or institutional sales
Strong understanding of B2B/corporate sales strategies and processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving corporate sales targets
Strong client handling and relationship management skills
Proficiency in preparing sales reports, presentations, and CRM tools

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
