Role Overview
We are looking for a driven
Business Development Manager
with strong existing relationships in the
luxury interior, architecture, and premium furniture/lighting industry
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, PMC firms, and luxury residential/commercial projects.

Generate leads for high-end residential, commercial, hospitality and luxury interior projects.
Conduct product presentations, sample displays, and design consultations with design professionals.
Drive project-based sales from inquiry to closure.
Coordinate with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure delivery efficiency.
Maintain CRM entries, project pipelines, and weekly sales reporting.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade meets to expand the network.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
Required Skills & Experience
4-10 years of B2B/B2C business development experience in
high-end interiors, furniture, luxury lighting, home decor or real-estate allied industries
