Business Development Manager / Executive (BDM/BDE)
with proven experience in selling IT services and software products, capable of managing both domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate qualified leads through
LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling

Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients across domestic and international markets.
Handle the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Work closely with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions based on client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular reports to management.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-5 years of hands-on experience in
IT services/product sales
, including handling
both domestic and international clients
.
Proven ability to
generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, client needs, and software development processes.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently without dependency on bidding platforms like Upwork/Freelancer.
