As Busniess Development Manager - B2B Sales, your key responsibilities with us in the Domain of Automotive Spare Parts are:
Generate new leads by reaching out to potential clients (Automotive OEM Dealer workshops), Spare Parts Retailers
Lead and manage
B2B sales
operations, focusing on new client acquisition and retention.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
Drive the entire
sales cycle
from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Onboard new clients
, ensuring smooth handover and coordination with internal departments.
Provide strategic inputs to management based on market trends and customer feedback.
Requirements
3-5 years of business development experience.
In case of Tele sales experience candidate should have experience in managing team of callers or B2B Sales experience.
Experience in B2B Sales would be preferable.
Strong
team handling
skills with prior experience in managing sales teams.
Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written - to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and converting them into revenue.
Should have Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
