We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive sales and expand our presence in the
US IT staffing industry
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, account management, and growing revenue in the staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with
direct clients, MSPs, or System Integrators
in the US.
Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill open positions.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and profitability.
Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to meet client expectations and SLAs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by leadership.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience (5+ years) in
US IT staffing
business development.
Strong network of
direct clients/MSPs/VMS
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of
recruitment lifecycle
, technologies, and job roles in the US IT market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,719.80 - ₹42,645.40 per month
