Position: Business development Manager- US Recruitment Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing recruiting agency. We are looking for someone who can bring direct client to our company if you already existing client and can work with us would start an extra advantage. Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the target industries and regions. Utilize market research and networking to establish initial contact and generate leads. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the agency\'s goals and objectives. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and attending industry events. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their staffing needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that add value to their business. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to potential clients. Customize offerings based on client requirements while ensuring alignment with agency capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree. MBA is a plus. Proven experience 1+ year in business development, sales, or account management, within the recruiting or staffing industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels. Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb960,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Supplemental pay types:
