We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with proven expertise in generating business through
Upwork and LinkedIn
. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of
bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and closing deals
in IT/software services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, bid, and win projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
Should have knowledge of LinkedIn
Draft customized, high-quality proposals to attract new clients.
Manage client communication, negotiations, and project requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Education Qualifications:
MBA and Relevant field.
Required Skills:
3+ years of proven experience on Upwork (mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of IT services, web, mobile, and digital solutions.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
