Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager with a strong background in lighting solutions and exposure to corporate architectural fixtures. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with architects, PMCs, and consultants, along with a proven track record of driving sales in similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting and corporate architectural fixtures industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project management consultants (PMCs), and industry consultants.

Promote products such as lighting solutions, carpets, ceilings, furniture, flooring, and similar corporate architectural fixtures.

Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing product features and benefits.

Collaborate with the design and technical teams to meet client requirements.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in business development or sales within the lighting or similar corporate architectural fixture industry.

Basic knowledge of lighting products and related fixtures such as carpets, ceilings, furniture, and flooring.

Strong professional network with architects, PMCs, and consultants.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
