Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in potential client organizations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
Stay updated on the features and benefits of our software products.
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements.
Work closely with legal teams to ensure contracts align with company policies.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of success in software sales or business development.
Strong understanding of software products and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
