Job Summary:



The

BDM Sellout Manager - B2B (Apple Business)

is responsible for

driving sellout performance, brand compliance, and field excellence

across Apple's premium partner stores in

Calicut

. This role demands

strong leadership, deep field involvement, and strategic sales execution

, ensuring that the 25 Apple promoters under supervision deliver exceptional results, customer experience, and brand value at every retail touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sellout Strategy & Target Achievement



Develop and implement

area-wise sellout strategies

aligned with Apple's business goals. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sellout targets

for all Apple product categories (iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, Accessories). Analyze store-level performance trends and initiate corrective actions proactively. Collaborate with dealer partners to ensure proper product availability and pricing.

2. Store & Promoter Management



Oversee and guide

25 Apple promoters

across selected high-performing stores. Conduct

daily store visits

to monitor execution, customer engagement, and visual merchandising. Evaluate promoter productivity and drive accountability through performance tracking systems. Implement reward and motivation programs to maintain high morale and consistent sales output.

3. Training, Mentoring & Capability Building



Lead

structured training sessions

for promoters covering product knowledge, sales technique, and Apple service standards. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted

coaching interventions

. Ensure that every store team demonstrates Apple's premium retail behavior and customer-first approach.

4. Dealer & Retail Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong working relationships with

dealer owners, retail heads, and store managers

. Conduct regular

business review meetings

with key partners to discuss growth, challenges, and brand performance. Support dealers in executing

Apple-branded marketing activities

and store-level campaigns.

5. Reporting, Market Feedback & Insights



Share

daily and weekly performance reports

, including promoter sellout data, competitor activities, and field insights. Monitor sellout trends by product and geography to suggest sales improvement actions. Work with the B2B management team to plan

local promotional activities

and brand events.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong command of

Apple product portfolio

and understanding of

premium retail dynamics

. Proven track record in

sellout management

and

promoter performance improvement

. Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. Ability to handle pressure, travel extensively, and make quick operational decisions. Expertise in

Excel, MIS reporting, and sales tracking tools

. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to influence dealers and promoters alike.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience:

Minimum 2

-5 years

in

retail or B2B channel sales

, with at least 1

-2 years in a sellout leadership role

, preferably for

Apple or premium electronic brands

.

Territory Focus:

Calicut - frequent store visits required).

Driving License:

Mandatory.
