Job Role: Business Development Manager - Recruitment & Staffing
We are seeking a
dynamic, goal-oriented, and well-connected Business Development Manager
who has prior experience working in a recruitment/staffing firm, especially in
acquiring and managing overseas clients
(Gulf, APAC, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in
Gulf (Dubai, Oman)
and
other overseas markets
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers
Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment delivery accordingly
Create and execute BD strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
Negotiate terms of business and finalize service-level agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate with internal delivery and sourcing teams for effective fulfillment
Keep track of competitor landscape and industry trends in global hiring
Required Skills & Experience:
3-8 years of proven experience in business development within a
staffing/recruitment firm
Demonstrated success in
client acquisition
in
international markets
(especially Middle East/Gulf)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and staffing models (permanent/contract/payroll)
Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic thinker
