We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong background in lead generation through multiple channels including

cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. Maintain and update client interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with the internal team to align business goals and client needs.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setup.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
