We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing staffing firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs. The role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, strong sales acumen, and the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
Analyze competitors and assess market potential to inform strategic planning.
Client Acquisition:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients in various industries needing staffing solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the firm's client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through new client acquisition and account management.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates in client organizations.
Provide feedback to the recruitment team on client requirements and market trends.
Mentor and support junior business development staff, if applicable.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including market dynamics and client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
