Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market through targeted prospecting and networking. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's property portfolio and client base. Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and other key stakeholders. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns. Lead negotiations on property deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships. Coordinate with project management teams to oversee property acquisitions, sales processes, and client onboarding. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that highlight our real estate offerings effectively. Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate progress and strategic insights to senior management.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry or related sectors. Strong knowledge of CRM software platforms like Salesforce and other CRM tools for customer relationship management. Excellent skills in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals effectively. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and executing growth initiatives. Effective project management skills to oversee multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, partners, and internal teams confidently. Familiarity with marketing principles relevant to real estate promotion is a plus.
