Responsibilities

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in real estate investments. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Utilize other CRM software to manage client relationships and track project progress. Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts through strategic planning and negotiation tactics. Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards. Engage in customer relationship management activities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Support marketing initiatives by providing insights into market conditions and competitive landscape.

Experience

Proven experience in real estate analysis or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable. Strong background in business development, strategic planning, sales, negotiation, and project management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
