Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and field visits
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum
1+ year of experience in sales
(Real Estate or BFSI preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
Willingness to travel locally for sales activities (if required)

Experience in
