Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities
Follow up with clients regarding new inquiries, orders, and submitted samples
Prepare
Bill of Materials (BOM)
and share accurate costing for new products
Coordinate with the Sales team for new projects from existing and prospective clients
Manage logistics and supply chain requirements for
Raw Materials (RM)
and
Packaging Materials (PM)
related to client samples
Act as a key point of contact with clients for new projects/products in the
Personal Care
category
Coordinate with
R&D and Factory teams
for timely development and submission of samples
Track, prepare, and review
MIS reports
related to monthly targets and business goals
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong business development and client management skills
Knowledge of costing, BOM preparation, and product development processes
Experience in Personal Care / FMCG / Manufacturing industry preferred
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication abilities
Proficiency in MIS reporting and target tracking
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
