Required Candidate Profile
1. Having knowledge of party-to-party (P2P) and loan licenses.
2. Product-selling abilities.
3. P2P (party-to-party) sales.
4. Coordinating with all the dept.
5. Resolving issues pertaining to commercial terms, regulatory affairs, legal matters, and
accounting.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
? Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients for contract manufacturing.
? Coordination among internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the customer's requirements.
? Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and
customer needs.
Sales and Business Development:
? Identify potential clients and prospects for the contract manufacturing business.
? Encourage existing clients to explore additional offerings from our diverse product portfolio.
? Cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare practices, pharmacies, and other relevant
stakeholders.
? Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective business plans.
? Execute sales targets with efficient use of available resources.
? Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and business
development activities.
Qualifications:
? Pharma/MM. Pharma with MBA.
? Schooling must be in English.
Soft Skills:
? Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi.
? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
? Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
