Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT sales, product sales, and client acquisition.

Proven experience in handling international clients, especially through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including web development, software solutions, mobile app development, and emerging technologies.

Ability to work on and sell both products and services, with a clear understanding of their value proposition.

Experience in handling IT projects and company-owned products, from requirement gathering to delivery coordination.

Strong skills in lead generation, client communication, negotiation, and long-term client management. Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong presentation skills. Capability to coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Willingness to visit clients when required, based on project or business needs.

Ability to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving business targets.
